Who is the Amusements with Prizes Licence for?
An Amusements with Prizes Licence is required in order to provide low prize and low stake Gambling Machines at a prescribed event.
The holder of the Licence may make these machines available for play by the public on the understanding that the event is not permanent and then only at that event. The provision of these Gambling Machines must not be the main attraction of the event.
